We will stay with you until the fault has been rectified and normal business operations can resume.
Emergency IT Support Response is similar to Ad-Hoc IT Support in the way the service is charged. If you have an emergency situation, you can engage our services to suit you just by calling us.
We will work with you to help understand the problem. If we can’t connect remotely to resolve the issue then we will attend your premises.
You don’t have to be an existing customer to benefit from this Emergency IT Support.
There is no obligation to take out a full support contract, although many of our customers have a support contract with us after trying us!
